Yep, 4.0. straight piped, 5 inches of lift via rubicon express, BPE's, M.O.R.E. motor mounts, Hellas for light, Tom Woods driveshaft, SYE t-case, sway bar discos, stainless brake lines,... all the fun stuff :-)
Not sure when the passes go on sale, or when they stop selling them at the lower prices, but ill find out. It would be worth buying before you come out if the price jumps like the ski passes do. (they go pre-season at 400, then jump to like 950 during the season)

excellent. Ill probably buy a pass to Keystone this season. Yeah, there are so many deals on mountain stuff out here that you wont have a problem acquiring a good AM rig if you so chose. I built my six for under 2 grand... You cant tell the spec from my pics in my album, but its much more than a 2k bike :-)

well, theres a lot of good road riding here too, (not my thing but still) and drivers actually RESPECT roadies here! They wait to pass you and everything, its a huge biking region. Im sure I can find you a bike to borrow or build up when you get here, so don't worry too much, you'll have a blast. Also, Pueblo has great hike-a-bike style freeride that the giant would love once its built:-)

sweet, well, you picked the right area! Frederick is far enough out of Denver to be comfortable and not get attacked by the gangs in the city, but close enough for night life/other activities if thats your thing. GREAT trails are all over the place, and I hope you have a bike you can pedal uphill too, as theres a ton of amazing trails that arent shuttle or lift access.
